• Enquiry and contact form data is retained for 12 months after last contact, unless enrolment follows.

• Newsletter subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe.
• Anonymised analytics data does not expire as it contains no personal identifiers.

Under the PDPA 2010 and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to:
